Stickpack machine for powdery products (coffee – milk powder).
Stick Packs are cylindrical shaped pouches that are used for single serve dosage. They require 10 % – 40 % less packaging material than equivalent rectangular or square pouches. But be prepared for minimum film orders and start up plate costs. This pouch requires customized film, sizing and printing.
Stick packs are especially valuable for new product introduction. A unique unit dose application stick packs easily deliver powders, liquids & gels better than rectangles. Don’t limit them to just restaurant table sugar. They are commonly used for protein mixes, flavourings, spices, and creams.

Inpakt’s Stick Pack Machines has been specially created to offer high performance in the packaging process of granular, powdered and liquid products, (sugar, salt, black pepper, ketchup, mayonnaise, honey, mustard, Nescafe, 3in1, instant coffee, instant soup, grains, liquids, viscous materials, powders, dairy products, frozen water products). Stickpack machines are suitable for food, hotel and catering to dietary products, fatty products and cosmetic in general.
All of stick sachet machines are equipped with a SIEMENS ( PLC ), which makes it easy to change settings. Settings and changes are done via a touch panel, which allows for differing package sizes.

Our Stick Pack Machines are made out of quality Siemans components. They will enable to design and manufacture elegant, single use packages of free-flowing products such as salt, coffee, salt & pepper among others.
