Multilane stick sachet for liquid, Speeds upto 360 PPM

It can be used for packaging of many types of liquid and semi-liquid products, especially ice pops in stick type packages sealed on three sides. Ice pops, yogurt, semi-liquid shampoo products, which the machine is designed to handle on the full-automatic packaging machine. The difference between the Ice Pop stick filling machine and the liquid stick filling machine is that it can be made up to 300 mm length on this machine.

Optional equipment can be added on the machine such as easy opening notch and conveyor belt, especially for date printing which is important. Easy open tear notch can be added to the machine so the consumer can open the stick more easily. These optional features can be added according to customer request and are all optional. Our 3 Lane and 6 Lane machines can pack at a speed of 180 pcs / min.
